Intercountry adoption is an exciting journey. It blends a family’s love for children and desire to adopt with the wonder, blessings, and challenges of international travel and receiving a child from another culture. Since 1982, Bethany has united more than 11,000 international children with adoptive families, which testifies to our quality of service, integrity, and expertise. Bethany works with in-country adoption specialists who speak the local language and English—specialists who are familiar with the local customs and local adoption process. They assist adoptive families traveling to their country. Our specialists are known for their quality service. Are you considering adoption? If so, attend our intercountry adoption information meeting. Pre-registration is required. Alternative dates and times are available by appointment.

BOTH HANDS FOUNDATION PROJECTBoise IdahoAlbion StreetBoise, ID 83709GEO: 43.5987905, -116.2375044Sat, 7 Nov 2009 8:01 amBen Scott ben.m.scott@gmail.comA small infant living in an orphanage halfway around the world; a widow living in Idaho with her adopted daughter needing a little help on their house; a group of people willing to serve. What could these three things possibly have in common? All three are coming together to play key roles in an exciting fund-raising opportunity taking place on November 7, 2009. This fundraiser will help a widow in need, help us with finances to adopt our sweet overseas infant, and help pay for future adoptions. Please come on out and join us! Both Hands (through its partnership with Lifesong for Orphans) is an organization that is dedicated to comforting widows and helping orphans. Basically, their mission is to organize fundraisers for couples who are adopting using the concept of helping a widow. If you have ever sponsored somebody to participate in a walk-a-thon, a golf event or anything similar, then this will be an easy concept to understand. Instead of golfing or walking, a group of us are going to be spending about 8 hours helping a widow fix up her house. We are asking people to sponsor us as we embark on this noble cause. This is a win/win if we’ve ever seen one! Please also consider making a tax-deductible donation to sponsor our team as we work with our team to better the life of this amazing widow Heidi and her sweet adopted daughter. Before December 1, 2009 and with #946 Adoption written in the memo section please send checks to: LifeSong for Orphans PO Box 40 / 202 N. Ford Street Gridley, IL 61744 You can also make an online donation (please make sure to specify #946 Adoption) by clicking the "Make a Donation" button found at http://www.lifesongfororphans.org/donation.html Please note that in following IRS guidelines, your donation is to the non-profit organization Lifesong for Orphans. They retain full discretion over its use, but intend to honor the donors suggested use.Attending:
